Office and storehouse building – Odai street, no. 439      The building is located in the North Ring area – DN1 and has a total built surface of 3400 sqm. It was finalised in 2008 and is entirely rented out to different companies.

Office building Unirii Square area – Matei Basarab 20 A       The building is located in Unirii Square area, having a built surface of 1400 sqm. The construction was finalised in 2009 and is entirely rented.

Office building in Pitesti, Fratii Golesti street no. 17       The building is situated in the central part of Pitesti and has a built surface of 1800 sqm. The construction will be finalised in August 2011. At this moment we are  in a process of pre-renting the building.
